CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

We have an exciting new role as Customer Service Manager at ENGINE710 to help ensure a brilliant customer experience from start to finish.

Working alongside our owners and Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the ‘front of house’ team with excellent communication skills, knowledge within the industry and be part of our ever-growing team of skilled technicians.

You will be responsible for providing a great customer experience by being the first point of contact for enquiries both on the phone, via email and face to face as well as being involved in processing the requirements of each job.

This is a pivotal role and basic automotive knowledge is essential.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • FRONT OF HOUSE / RECEPTION WORK
  • BOOKING IN SERVICES VIA TELEPHONE & ONLINE
  • WELCOMING OUR CUSTOMERS, BOTH FACE TO FACE, AND BY PHONE
  • LOGGING IN CUSTOMERS’ CARS ON ARRIVAL FOLLOWING OUR PROCESSES
  • ENSURING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS SMOOTH FROM START TO FINISH
  • DEALING WITH A RANGE OF BASIC TECHNICAL AND NON-TECHNICAL CUSTOMER QUERIES, ESCALATING WHERE NECESSARY
  • PROVIDING REGULAR UPDATES TO ALL CUSTOMERS THROUGHOUT THE DAY
  • FILING AND GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AS DIRECTED
  • ENSURING JOBS ARE INVOICED, PAID AND PROCESSED
  • BASIC FINANCIAL INPUTTING TO XERO AND OUR GARAGE SYSTEM TECHMAN (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)
  • MAINTAINING HOSPITALITY AREAS AND SHOWROOM STANDARDS

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • RECENT EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ENVIRONMENT, IDEALLY WITHIN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
  • BASIC AUTOMOTIVE KNOWLEDGE
  • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS – BOTH FACE TO FACE AS WELL AS VIA THE TELEPHONE
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS – BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN
  • ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
  • GOOD MAC OR PC SKILLS INCLUDING USE OF OUTLOOK, WORD AND EXCEL

WHAT WE OFFER

  • SALARY NEGOTIABLE, DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
  • COMPANY PENSION
  • FULL TIME HOURS FROM 8.30AM – 6PM MONDAY TO THURSDAY AND 8.30AM – 5PM FRIDAYS
