CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
We have an exciting new role as Customer Service Manager at ENGINE710 to help ensure a brilliant customer experience from start to finish.
Working alongside our owners and Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the ‘front of house’ team with excellent communication skills, knowledge within the industry and be part of our ever-growing team of skilled technicians.
You will be responsible for providing a great customer experience by being the first point of contact for enquiries both on the phone, via email and face to face as well as being involved in processing the requirements of each job.
This is a pivotal role and basic automotive knowledge is essential.
